Special Collection Request Servcie:

1. The service is available to NCCU valid users and guests.
2. An e-mail notice will be sent to you once the items are available.
3. You may submit your request online or apply at the Special Collections Section.
   • Monday to Friday, 09：00～12：00 ; 13：30～16：30, excluding holidays.
     
4. Up to 3 titles with maximum 10 volumes may be requested one time per day. However, only one volume can be accessed at one time.
5. Please present your photo ID to pick up at the Special Collections Section after receiving the e-mail notification of availability.
6. Use of these items is limited to the Special Collections reading room the same day of picking up from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 16:30.
7. Requested items will be held for 14 working days and returned to stacks afterwards.
8. If stains or damages occur by improper use or taking out materials without first seeking permission, you will be liable to related regulations for compensation or losing library privileges.
9. To use the items, please obey the “Reading Rules for Special Collections”.
10. Personal information given in the request form will be used for statistical analysis only, and will be deleted after one year.
