Books stored in remote storages can be requested and should be available and kept for you at the Circulation Desk of designated library. Please fill out the form to start the request.

Notices

  1. ※The information provided in the application form will be kept for 18 months in our system and will not be used for other purposes.
  2. If any copy of the requested items is available on open shelves, the request wont’ be processed.
  3. Once the request has been processed, the Libraries will send an Email to the applicant. (Please leave a valid Email address.)
  4. Please follow instructions specified in the E-mail and go to the designated library to check out the books.
  5. To cancel application, please call (02) 29387878 ext#63222 or email to libcir@nccu.edu.tw.
  6. Hours of Operation:
    • Request Items kept in Main Library Storage
      Material requested before 12:00 Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday during Summer/Winter vacation) will be available for checking out that same day by 16:00.
      Material requested after 12:00 will be available by 16:00 the next open weekday.
    • Request Items kept in Commerce Library Storage
      Material requested before 9:00 Monday to Thursday will be available for checking out that same day by 16:00.
      Material requested after 9:00 will be available by 16:00 the next open weekday.
    • Request Items kept in the Temporary Stacks
      Material requested before 9:00 Monday to Thursday will be available for checking out that same day by 16:00.
      Material requested after 9:00 will be available by 16:00 the next open weekday.
    • Request Items kept in Communication Library Storage
      Material requested before 9:00 Monday to Thursday will be available for checking out that same day by 16:00.
      Material requested after 9:00 will be available by 16:00 the next open weekday.
    • REQUEST ITEMS KEPT IN Dr. SUN YAT-SEN MEMORIAL LIBRARY STACKS
      An e-mail notice will be sent to you once the items are available.
      Please check your email box or application status to be sure items are ready for service in advance of your visit.
